Casa del Sole is a bright, open-plan studio apartment in Mediterranean style, characterised by a large arch that recalls the architecture of ancient church and warehouse buildings. The flat, located on the ground floor with independent access, has a kitchenette equipped with a two-burner induction hob, crockery, cutlery, dishes, glasses, toaster and coffee maker.

The living area is furnished with two sofas, a large table, chairs and a TV. Wi-Fi connection is available via modem. The large windows and entrance doors allow you to enjoy the view of the sea, also visible through the characteristic blue Sicilian shutters, a reminder of the many dominations that have marked the island’s history.

The added value of this house is the splendid and spacious terrace with a sea view, from which one can admire the spectacle of the islands of Favignana and Levanzo, ideal for enjoying the most evocative sunrises. The sleeping area, further inland, is furnished with a comfortable double bed, bedside tables and a wardrobe, and the bathroom is located opposite the sleeping area. It is possible to add up to two extra beds.

The strong point of Casa del Sole is its strategic location, in the heart of Scalo di Mezzo, within walking distance of bakeries, restaurants, supermarket, ATM, pharmacy, ice-cream parlours and jewellers. In the house you will find beach towels, bed linen and towels.
