Description
Cozy and comfortable flat reminiscent of a typical beach house! Bright thanks to the sea view of the Scalo Vecchio, and perfectly functional, with all the space needed for an ideal island holiday. The location is strategic: less than 200 metres away is a refined bar, perfect for satisfying evening ice-cream cravings, for example!
On the first floor, the flat offers two separate air-conditioned double bedrooms, both with TV, and a bathroom. One of the rooms has a spectacular view of the sea. The upper part of the house consists of the kitchen and a beautiful panoramic terrace, from which one can admire beautiful sunrises or starry skies. The terrace is equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers, ideal for enjoying the view.
The flat has a fully equipped kitchen, bed linen and towels, and Wi-Fi connection via modem.
- Rates: Starting from €140 for 4 people in June, up to a maximum of €240 for 4 people in August.
- Convention: 20% discount per person for those who book a tour of the island with us. In addition, the flat has an agreement with a private boat for tours!
